PCB Laser Marking Machine is designed for bar codes marking, 2D codes and characters, graphics and other information on any kinds of printed circuit board. Integrated with high-performance Fiber laser source, high-pixel CCD camera and micron-level mobile module, PCB Laser Marking is competent to pre-marking automatic positioning and post-marking feedback reporting.
This unit is designed to automatically assemble a box for a company product. The operator loads the unfolded packages, after which the machine automatically starts assembling. Capacity up to 80 boxes per minute.
The design is assembled on the basis of a structural profile using FESTO pneumatic systems, as well as a Delta controller.
The surface mount PCB shuttle conveyor can be used for PCB board transport from one-track machine to dual-track placement machine for subsequent production. This one-track to dual-track transport can save labor cost and improve production efficiency.
