Description
Light steel thin-walled structures (LSTS) is a building structure made of thin steel used for the construction of a prefabricated building.
I have developed a line to produce a profile from 1m to 12m, with a sheet thickness of 1.5 and 2.5mm.
The profile is used for the construction of industrial hangars. Also, when using other sets of rollers, it is possible to produce a thermal profile for the outer walls of residential premises.
Line composition:
- Uncoiler of rolled galvanized steel;
- Hydraulic stamp;
- Roll forming machine;
- Hydraulic shears;
- Reception table;
- Automatic control system.
