Description
The machine is designed for mechanical processing of copper or brass rod. Several technological operations are simultaneously performed on the equipment, including: milling, drilling, threading, countersinking and cutting. And all these operations are performed automatically according to a pre-written program.
The equipment is provided with a system for cooling the tool blank by spraying a cutting fluid, as well as automatic collection and removal of chips.
The design uses 18 servomotors from the Delta company, as well as a set of pneumatics from the FESTO company.
The main purpose of the equipment is the production of copper parts that are used in the design of the electricity meter.
